My name is Liz Gill and I have been working with Paisley Mortgages for 3 years now. I have been providing mortgage advice since 1996, initially for Barclays and then Halifax, before becoming a professional, whole of market mortgage adviser. I truly love and enjoy my job. My ethos has always been to offer clients informed and ethical advice based upon my experience and knowledge of the mortgage market.
At Paisley Mortgages I provide bespoke advice because I understand that every client is unique. I am committed to offering the same quality service to all of my customers, ensuring that you experience the same thread of high level customer care throughout the whole process.
Friendly on-going support
From the initial meeting to completion I will ensure understanding of your requirements and offer friendly on-going support. I pride myself on offering an effective and fully qualified service. Good mortgage advice is largely about problem-solving. With years of knowledge and experience, gained through work with multiple lenders, I can build a solution to suit your specific needs and budget.
I have qualifications which include: The Advanced Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice(Adv.CeMAP) and the Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER) which qualifies me to advise on Life Time Mortgages.
“I have a very pro-active and passionate approach to property and this is the enthusiasm I expect from all my team.”
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Equity Release will reduce the value of your estate and can affect your eligibility for means tested benefits.
